Do I need a HEA to get an SEAI One Stop Shop grant?
Yes, a valid HEA is mandatory for most SEAI grants and green loans.
How do I know if my home is eligible for a Home Energy Assessment?
- Was built and occupied before 2011
- Have not previously received grants for the same home energy upgrades
- Have a current Building Energy Rating (BER) of B3 or lower
- Aiming to achieve a minimum B2 BER rating upon completion of the retrofit, with at least a 100kWh/m²/year improvement in primary energy use
