Who can apply?
To qualify for the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme, your property must:
- Have been built and occupied before 2011
- Have a current BER rating of B3 or lower, and be capable of reaching at least B2 with a 100 kWh/m²/year improvement (your One Stop Shop advisor will confirm this)
- Not have previously received grants for the same upgrade measures
Eligible applicants include:
- Homeowners, private landlords and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs)
