- Consumer Right of Cancellation
Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 calendar days from receipt without giving a reason. Notify us in writing within this time.
- Effects of Cancellation
Refunds include product cost and standard delivery, returned in 14 days once goods are received back.
- Exceptions
No cancellation right for custom, perishable, sealed hygiene items once unsealed, or digital content once delivered.
- Faulty Goods
Statutory rights apply for defective goods (repair, replacement, refund).
- Returns Process
Where applicable, contact us within 14 days, return goods in original condition. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt.
